Summary: Monitor the Cloudflare Services through their public API.

Usage:

1. Create a dummy host (no IP, No SNMP, API Agent enabled) or associate to a already defined host.
2. Create a rule for Cloudflare Status API and associate the criteria to the host above. NOTE: The site is a variable in case the URL ever needs to be update but should default to the correct one.

Details Will discover all services filtering on group = 'True' or the top level services where group_id = ''1km35smx8p41". Status will be checked and OK for operational, WARN for 'degraded' or 'partial outages' and CRIT for 'major outages' or any other currently unidentified state. For sites with subcomponents, the details will contain the subcomponent(s) name and current status.
