Generic freshness check for HTTP endpoints.

Probes an HTTP endpoint and calculates an age in seconds, either from a response header (e.g. Age, Last-Modified) or from a dotted path into the JSON response body. WARN/CRIT thresholds are applied to that age.

Typical use: detect stale caches, feeds, exports or APIs that still answer with HTTP 200 but no longer deliver current data.
