SNMP check for the overall health of HP ProLiant servers (iLO / HP host agent).

Creates a single "General Status" service per host showing the overall condition (cpqHeMibCondition), firmware version and serial number.

State mapping: ok -> OK, degraded -> WARN, failed -> CRIT, unknown -> UNKNOWN.

Supports Net-SNMP based and Windows SNMP agents exposing the CPQHOST MIB. Successor of "HP Proliant Status" (hp_proliant_status) for Checkmk 2.3+.
