Drop-in override for the built-in hp_proliant_da_cntlr check for HPE ProLiant Gen11 / iLO 6.

Fixes two issues:

1. The controller table contains a placeholder row (usually index 0) with all-zero values. The built-in check discovers it and reports UNKNOWN ("Controller not found in SNMP data") forever. This override skips such rows during discovery.
2. Gen11/iLO6 firmware reports Board-Condition "other" for healthy controllers, which keeps the service in WARN. A new rule "HP ProLiant RAID controller" lets you remap the state for "other" (default: WARN, as built-in).

Uses the same namespace as the built-in plug-in and cleanly shadows it. Remove once fixed upstream.
