This agent-based plugin queries registered VMs via libVirt's virsh. For each VM it evaluates its status & reports the following metrics:
Rules are available to set alerting limits on CPU utilization & memory usage.
The metrics are from the point of view of the virtualization host and can include OS overhead such (e.g. for router VMs the time the kernel spends on shuffling bytes through network interfaces).
