agent plugin for tracking installed apps on Univention Corporate Server (UCS) systems & warning when upgrades are available

Updates the list of available apps first. Then gathers the list of installed apps & which apps are upgradable. For each app a service "Univention app 'name'" is created and its status set depending on upgrade availability (configurable). The currently installed version is shown in the service's summary.
