local check to check the status of Veeam Backup & Replication backups of Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) servers

Stopgap measure for as long as CheckMK's own Veeam plugin don't support PVE jobs due to Veeam's PowerShell scriptlets themselves not supporting them yet
