title: Anker Solix: Solarbank Battery Status
agents: special/anker_solix
catalog: hw/power/anker
license: GPL-2.0-only
distribution: check_mk
description:
Monitors an Anker Solix Solarbank battery system (e.g. Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro, but
also Solarbank E1600 and Solarbank 2 AC/Plus) through the Anker Power/Solix cloud API.

One service is created per Solarbank device found in the account's Solix sites. The
service reports the device's online/offline status, its current operating mode
(bypass, charging, discharging, standby, ...), the battery state of charge, the solar
input, battery charge and battery discharge power, and the output power. If reported
by the device, it also shows the configured minimum/maximum state of charge (the
discharge/charge limits set in the Anker app), the firmware version, the WiFi network
name/connection status and signal strength, and battery heating power.

If the device's site has exactly this one Solarbank, the service also reports
per-PV-string solar input power (up to 4 strings) and, for the Solarbank 2 AC
variant, AC-coupled power. Anker's API only reports these once per site, not per
device, so with zero or several Solarbanks at the site there is no reliable way to
attribute them to this specific device and they are omitted instead of guessed at
(see the "Anker Solix: Site Power Flow" service's "Total solar input" for a reliable
 site-wide reading in that case).

The service goes {CRIT} if the device is reported offline by the cloud (no recent
contact), and issues a {WARN}/{CRIT} for the battery state of charge if it drops
 below the configured lower levels.

item:
 The Solarbank's device serial number.

discovery:
One service is created for every Solarbank device visible to the configured Anker
account, across all of its Solix sites (unless the special agent rule restricts
 monitoring to specific site IDs).
