description:
Reports one service per Docker container on a host running the
 {check_docker.py} agent plugin.

The service is {CRIT} when the container state is not {running} (states listed
in the rule set can be treated as OK, for example {exited} for one-shot jobs),
when the container health check reports {unhealthy}, or when the container was
OOM killed. A health status of {starting} maps to a configurable state
 (default {WARN}).

Metrics: CPU usage (percentage as shown by {docker stats}), memory used and
limit and utilization, root-FS and writable-layer size, network receive/send
rate, block I/O read/write rate, number of processes, restart count and
uptime. Upper levels for CPU, memory utilization and restart count can be set
with the rule set "Docker container".

Whitelisted container labels (configured in the Bakery rule) are attached as
 service labels and host labels.

item:
 The container name.

discovery:
One service is created per container. The rule set "Docker container discovery"
can restrict this by name (regex include / exclude), by required label keys and
by whether stopped containers are included.
