description:
Monitors how many media locations of an IBM TS4300 library hold a
cartridge. The data comes from the SNIA storageMediaLocation table
 (.1.3.6.1.4.1.14851.3.1.13.3.1), grouped by location type.

Storage slots are discovered with upper levels on the utilization
(90%/95% by default) so a library running out of free slots is noticed
before a backup fails. The I/O station is discovered without levels,
because cartridges waiting in the mail slot are a normal state on many
sites. Levels for both can be set with the rule "IBM TS4300 media
 slots".

The drive locations of the table are skipped, they are covered by
 {ibm_ts4300_drives}.

perfdata:
Three values: the utilization in percent, and the number of used and
 free slots.

item:
 The location type, {Storage}, {Magazine} or {I/O station}.

inventory:
One service per location type the library reports.
