description:
Reports whether one NIOS-X server is advertising the route for one anycast
 configuration it belongs to.

A server can be a member of several configurations, for example one
fronting DNS and another fronting DNS forwarding, so one service is created
per configuration rather than one per server. That way a partial failure on
a single server is visible for the affected service only.

The reported status is Active, Degraded or Inactive, mapped to {OK},
{WARN} and {CRIT} respectively, and every mapping is configurable. The
status of the configuration as a whole is shown for context and by default
does not affect this service, since the tenant level anycast check already
 alerts on it.

The details carry this server's routing configuration for the
configuration in question: enabled protocols, local and neighbour BGP
autonomous system numbers, neighbour addresses and multihop settings, and
OSPF area, interface, cost and timers. Credentials are removed by the agent
 and never appear here.

discovery:
One service is created per anycast configuration that the server is a
member of, on the piggyback host representing that server. Membership is
correlated by the host identifier Infoblox assigns.

item:
The anycast configuration name as set in the portal.
