description:
Reports the DNS query rate, DHCP lease rate and IPAM object count for a
NIOS-X server, along with its size class.

These are twenty four hour peak figures recomputed periodically by
Infoblox rather than live rates, which is why they are labelled as peaks
and why the graphs move in steps rather than continuously. Each figure is
accompanied in the details by the highest value Infoblox has recorded and
 the date it occurred.

No levels are applied. The portal knows the ceiling for each size class
and resizes a server automatically when a peak crosses it, but that
ceiling is not returned by the API, so a threshold could only be a raw
 number entered per site.

There is no timestamp on the current value, so if Infoblox stopped
recomputing it the figure would simply freeze. A flat graph is therefore
not proof of a quiet network.

discovery:
One service is created per NIOS-X server that reports at least one of the
three figures. Servers that report none, such as those running only Data
Connector, produce no service rather than one reading zero.
