 Title: Microsoft Teams call quality.

Data source: Microsoft Graph {/communications/callRecords} and {/communications/callRecords/{id}?$expand=sessions($expand=segments)}. The special agent aggregates completed calls instead of creating one Checkmk service per call.

Default alerting is enabled for average jitter, average packet loss, average round-trip time and failed Teams sessions. The WARN defaults use Microsoft's poor-stream guidance for average jitter (>30 ms), packet loss (>10%) and round-trip time (>500 ms). CRIT values are package defaults and can be changed or disabled. Maximum-value thresholds are available but disabled by default to avoid alerting on isolated spikes.

All thresholds and the collection-error state are configurable with the "Microsoft 365 Teams call quality" rule.

inventory:

One service is created when Teams CallRecords monitoring is enabled in the special-agent rule.
