description:
One service per RQ queue (usually {default}, {high} and {low}) from
{/api/core/background-queues/}. Reports the number of queued, started,
deferred, scheduled, finished and failed jobs, how many workers listen on the
queue, and the age of the oldest queued job.

A rising backlog together with a rising "oldest queued job" age is the clearest
 signature of workers that are gone or wedged. By default the service is {CRIT}
when no worker listens on the queue, {WARN} from 100 queued jobs or one failed
job, and {WARN} when the oldest queued job is older than 30 minutes. All levels
are configurable via the rule "NetBox background queues".

NetBox restricts this endpoint to {superusers}. With a non-superuser token no
queue services are created and the "NetBox Instance" service explains why.

item:
The queue name, e.g. {default}. Unlike a worker's name, this comes from
NetBox's own {RQ_QUEUES} setting and does not normally change between polls -
if this service still "vanishes" and reappears under the same name, that is
 usually a transient error on {/api/core/background-queues/} (a 403/timeout
landing on a discovery run) rather than the queue itself changing, though a
NetBox version upgrade occasionally does add, remove or rename a queue for
real. See "Discovery churn on NetBox Queue %s" in the README.

discovery:
One service per queue reported by NetBox.
