This check monitors the ratio of the resources allocated to virtual machines versus actual hardware resources available (only CPU and memory right now). In a virtualized environment it may be useful to keep each host within desired thresholds of "overcommitment." Alternatively, an administrator may want to always keep commitment levels below 100% and to never overcommit.

This check monitors APC NetShelter PDU Advanced models, specifically those models that present OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.32.1 when queried on sysObjectID. Tested against the following models: APDU10350ME, APDU10350SW. Ought to work on the whole family of PDUs that use the APC cPDU MIBs. This check monitors the power, energy, etc. for the overall PDU as well as the reported "load state" of the PDU. Each individual phase is also monitored with its own power, voltage current, etc. and load state.
