The AlertOps Notification Plugin provides native integration between Checkmk monitoring and AlertOps incident management. When a host or service changes state in Checkmk, the plugin sends a structured JSON payload to an AlertOps webhook endpoint, enabling automated alert routing, escalation, and incident lifecycle management.

The plugin follows the same architecture used by Checkmk's built-in notification plugins (PagerDuty, iLert, Opsgenie, Slack), including full GUI configuration through Checkmk's Setup interface.
